3. Revisions & Changes

We offer a limited number of revisions as stated in your package. Additional changes or requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

4. Content & Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information.

• Satish Agency is not liable for errors in content provided by clients.

5. Intellectual Property

• Once full payment is received, the final website design and content belong to the client.

• Satish Agency reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

6. Liability

While we take every step to deliver high-quality websites, Satish Agency is not responsible for:

• Downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

• Security breaches beyond our control.

• Losses resulting from misuse or unauthorized changes by the client.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

If the client cancels a project after commencement, payment for work already completed will be required. Deposits are non-refundable.
